Office Redecoration – Shorditch, London

Recent redecoration project in Shorditch.

Norway House – Trafalgar Square, London

Working to create our client’s vision was a three bedroom luxury apartment, overlooking the most iconic landmarks in the heart of Central London. The job involved substantial preparation to walls, ceilings and woodwork as there were a lot of electric mod cons being installed around the apartment. The ceilings were being suspended and dropped down to give the flat a sharp modern feel. We used a three coat paint system on the ceilings using Dulux Brilliant White. The walls were first sized with bee line primer sealer for a sufficient slide to hang the lining paper accurately. We then re-lined the entire flat ensuring each join sat perfectly next to the last. We then applied the first mist coat to the walls along with a light fill after caulking, where necessary. We then applied a further two coats ensuring all walls and ceilings had a solid and uniformed look, giving it that true professional finish. Last but not least we tackled the wood work, which involved sliding doors and intricate cutting into the metal frame work. The client had requested oil based Dulux Egg Shell, a brilliant choice for the finished look. The end result is a stunning modern city centre apartment.

Highgate Apartments

This property was split into three plots, two flats and a house. The property was completely redecorated from top to bottom, inside and out from mist coat to final day of completion. A very high standard of work was achieved whist decorating work commenced, with some heritage colours used. This was a complete refurbishment with some original features kept, high ceilings and large decorative coving. Skirting boards were fitted, and we also decorated all sash windows and the freshly rendered exterior of the property using a specialist paint system, one mist coat, a second coat that contained a mineral, giving the render a complete uniform look, followed by two coats of the top coat. The apartments were architecturally designed and the finish produced was to the highest of standards.

Park Lane Office

This project gave us the opportunity to work on multiple offices, common areas and reception areas, within a building on the prestige Park Lane. With a high volume of clients in and out of the building and the paint work starting to look dull, it was time to redecorate, and we was called in. The job included paint work to high ceilings and detailed coving, painted in a brilliant white. The client had requested multiple colours from a Little Greene brochure asking for each office to have its own individual character. We applied two coats to all the walls with the colours of choice. The woodwork was finished in a brilliant white, satin wood. The job included doors frames, sash windows and skirting boards. The result was an updated office environment, all finished to the highest specification.

London Bathroom

This was a newly fitted bathroom suite and our customer had called as we had previously redecorated the lounge, hallway, kitchen and exterior of her property. There was new plaster on the walls on this occasion and new hand crafted cabinets had been fitted. After discussing different colours we decided to go for Farrow and Ball modern emulsion on the walls and Lamp Room grey egg shell on the woodwork. We worked on all the preparation, mist coating the walls and primer undercoating the woodwork before applying the chosen colour scheme, giving the room character and a fresh new look.
